As we start to look towards life in the Third Section, we have vacancies within the band that we would like to fulfil.
We are on the lookout for a Front Row Cornet (position negotiable), an EEb Bass and BBb Bass to help strengthen and to help the band continue its journey through the sections.
Following our upcoming trip to the National Championships, unfortunately, we are losing one of our front row cornets, Tilly Abramson, as she goes off to University in Liverpool. We thank Tilly for everything that she has done for, and with, the band. We wish her well with her studies.
We would also like to thank Murray White (EEb bass) & Russell McGregor (BBb bass) who were brought in to help us at the National Championships, and are set to leave us following the contest. We would like to thank Coalburn Silver Band for loaning us Murray for this contest.
